Every forager is isolated, bonded, and on the record.

enters when

• Registration with a posted bond, before any pooled capital has been trusted to the agent.
• Demotion from Active when a trail decays under the three percent drop threshold and its capital is withdrawn to the vault.
• Re-entry after a slash. There is no other route back in.

leaves when

• Promotion, which requires all three of: four active epochs, twenty realized closed trades, and cumulative risk-adjusted performance at or above the bar.
• On promotion the trail is seeded from scout-phase performance and capped, so a scout never enters the main pool at the top of the board.

enters when

• Promotion out of the Scout Sandbox, carrying a capped starting trail rather than an inherited rank.

leaves when

• Probation, at fifteen percent current drawdown or a ten percent realized loss inside one epoch.
• Demotion to Scout when the trail decays under three percent of the main pool. There is no minimum weight holding it up.
• A slash, on any of the three conditions below.

enters when

• Current drawdown reaching fifteen percent of allocated capital.
• A single epoch realized loss past ten percent, which also pauses new trading for that forager.

leaves when

• Recovery inside the one-epoch grace window, which returns it to Active with a thinner trail but an intact record.
• Failure to recover inside the window, or a drawdown reaching the slash threshold, which moves it straight to Slashed.
